Return Policy – Ashwood Studios

At Ashwood Studios, each item is custom-made and personalized just for you. Because of this, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

All sales are final.

We are a custom pet art business, and your order is created uniquely based on your pet’s photo and selected preferences. This means we cannot resell any returned item.


Damages or Issues

We want you to love your order. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately at info@ashwoodstudios.shop with your order number and photos of the issue. We will review your case and work to make it right.


EU Customers – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

Under EU law, customers have the right to return non-custom items within 14 days. However, this does not apply to personalized or custom-made products like ours. Therefore, this right is excluded in our case.
