Image Guidelines

At Ashwood Studios, the quality of your pet portrait starts with the photo you upload — it’s the most important part of your order. Follow these simple tips to help us create a portrait that truly captures your pet’s personality:

• Choose a photo taken in natural daylight or a brightly lit room.

• Use a smartphone or a high-quality camera for the best clarity.

• Make sure your pet’s full face and neck are clearly visible and not hidden by shadows.

• Avoid using heavy filters so we can accurately capture your pet’s true colouring.

• Try to have your pet looking directly at the camera at eye level, facing forward. (Other angles are fine, but your final portrait will reflect that position.)
